Delete your account or data

This page is for Wapper.ai — the website, and the Wapper.ai app on Google Play, both run by GlobeStack. It says how to delete your account, or only some of your data, and what is kept afterwards.

Delete your account

Email [email protected] from the email address you log in with.
Use the subject "Delete my account". You don't need to give a reason.
We reply to confirm the request came from you, and delete the account within 30 days of your confirmation. We email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account: your email address, your password hash or Google account identifier, and the country you signed up from.
Your login sessions, on every device.
Every app you made: each version, the descriptions you wrote to build it, and the builder conversation.
The data stored in your apps, and their list of members.
Your memberships of other people's apps.
The records of what was sent to the AI model and what it returned.
Credit left in your wallet. It is not refunded when you delete your account; the refund policy says when credit comes back.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of payments you made — the amounts, dates and invoices — for as long as tax law requires us to keep them (up to 8 years in India). Paddle, who takes payments for us, keeps its own records under its own policy.
The web address of each app you made, such as your-app.wapper.app. We keep the address so it is never given to someone else, because a new app at an old address could read what the old one left in its visitors' browsers. Nothing the app held is kept with it.
Server logs that mention your account, for about 7 days, and error reports for 90 days. Both are deleted on their own after that.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

You can do most of this yourself, in the app or on the website:

An app and everything in it: open the app's details and choose Delete. It stops working at once. Seven days later its versions, the descriptions you wrote, its data and its members are deleted for good. Until then, you can ask us to restore it.
A member of your app: in the app's People section, choose Remove. They lose access at once.
Your login sessions: log out. The session is deleted at once.

For anything else, such as the records of your builds, email [email protected] from your account's address and say what you want deleted. We delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done. The records listed above under "What is kept" stay for the same reasons.
